Softball standout Aleigha Gale is a senior at Winfield High School where she certainly left her mark. Last season Gale was named to the All-League first team voted on by the coaches of the Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail League Division III.

Gale is known for her great pitching and play at second base, but she’s also a tremendous hitter. She hit .447 that season and helped her team to a league record of 7-3. In fact, every member of the starting lineup for Winfield made the All-League team.

In November of 2019, Gale made her decision to take her game to the next level and play for Friends University.
