Wichita Warriors’ Will Day – Via Christi Behind the Scenes Athlete

Will Day, quarterback for the Wichita Warriors, was recently named the USFA Quarterback of the Year for the second year in a row. He said he felt very honored to receive this award not once, but twice, and that his team and coaches played a huge part in his success. Day says that his favorite thing about his team is the fun they had while competing.

“I love how we are all very competitive but still have fun,” he said. “We have such great chemistry and have become like brothers on and off the field.”

Day got to compete in a high-profile game with USFA, which he said was a “great opportunity to be on the field with so many talented and gifted athletes from across the country.”

After finishing his career with some incredible numbers, Day now plans to attend Tabor College in Hillsboro, KS on a football scholarship.
