Wednesday’s basketball scores, recaps (Feb. 17)

Boys

Andover 67, Maize South 55 — Andover’s Jack Johnson scored a game-high 19 points and Kaleb Gaddis had 14. BJ Redic had 12. Javan Buchanan scored 14 for Maize South.

Bishop Carroll 62, Kapaun 45 — Bishop Carroll was led by Alex Littlejohn (17 points), Carter Reid (14) and Enrique Lankford (13). Kapaun’s Henry Thengvall scored a team-high 14 points and Will Anciaux added 11.

Northwest 70, East 62 — Northwest was led by David Duncan’s 17 points, while Todric McGee had 13, Carson Arndt 12 and Geremiah Moore 11. Arndt and Duncan each hit four threes. Braxton White, Daylan Jones and AJ King each scored 13 for East.

South 67, North 49

Southeast 51, Heights 49 2OT — Caleb Wilson hit a last-second shot to give Southeast the win. Wilson led Southeast with 16 points and Amarion Walker had 13. Bronxon Frierson and TJ Williams each had 16 points for Heights.

Girls

Andover 49, Maize South 42 — Brooke Walker led Andover with 24 points in the win.

Bishop Carroll 51, Kapaun 48 — Khloe Schuckman scored a game-high 23 points for Carroll, while teammate Landon Forbes scored 10 fourth-quarter points, hitting two threes and 4 of 4 free throws. Ella Anciaux had 13 for Kapaun.

Dodge City 64, Garden City 34 — Camree Johnson led Dodge City with 18 points and Kisa Unruh had 15 in the win.

East, Northwest 13 — Asia Dawson and Isis Sanders each scored a game-high 17 points, while Aubree Dawson and Tiana Winn added 11 apiece.

South 48, North 30 — Z. Butler led South with 14 points in the win. R. Banks had 11. AmUnique Cavitt had 14 points for North.

Southeast 62, Heights 56 — Southeast’s Jaila Harding hit seven three-pointers en route to a game-high 25 points. Jakhia Jones added 13 points and RaMya Kennedy had 12. Heights was led by Laniah Randle, who scored 22 points, and Cayanna Stanley, who had 19.
