Boys

Abilene 70, Rock Creek 52

Andover 57, Maize 50 — Owen Allman and Josh Kim each had 15 points for Andover, Blake Rucker 11 and Bradford 10 in Andover’s win. Maize was led by Jalen Batiste had 12 points and Alan Hanna 11.

Arkansas City 62, Clearwater 45 — Jordey Pierce scored 16 to lead Arkansas City, Kamari Jennings 15, and Colin Frazier and Darrius Stanley 10 apiece in the win.

Bennington 64, Solomon 18 — Bennington’s Mister smith had 22 points, Talan Pickerson 13, Isaiah Garrett 11 for Bennington.

Campus 63, Andover Central 53 — Campus’ Andrell Burton had 23 points, hitting three three-pointers, and McPherson had 18 points, Kaason Thomas 10. Andover Central was led by Jace Jefferson’s 17 points, Jayden Brown’s 15 and Jace Adler’s 11.

Canton-Galva 57, Central Christian 43 — Lane McMannis scored 16 points, Jas Beltz had 12, Garrett Silsby 10 for Canton-Galva. Central Christian’s Justus Huff had 17 points and Ry Kooiman had 10.

El Dorado 47, Chaparral 46

Elyria Christian 61, Little River 25 — Alex Robertson had 23 points and Ty Romero 18 for Elyria Christian.

Goddard 51, Buhler 46

Hesston 57, Nickerson 33

Independent 79, Wichita Homeschool 65 — Jaylen Phillips-Grey had 23 points, Luke Henderson 21, Oliver Selmon 11 and Kingston Selmon 10 for Independent.

Junction City 66, Salina South 41

Kapaun 80, Wichita Southeast 48 — Kapaun had a 45-15 lead at the half and was led by Teagan Charles’ 20 points. Corbin Johnson also had 17 points, and William Thengvall and Brooks Powers each had 11. Southeast’s Granger scored 15.

McPherson 58, Derby 57 — McPherson overcame a 29-20 second-quarter deficit in the win, although Derby retook the lead at 55-54 on Kohen Kotas’ three pointer with 1:02 to go. But McPherson hit four free throws in the final 59 seconds and kept Derby from getting a basket in the final .5. Cory Muehler scored 22 and had 10 rebounds, Gabe Pyle 17 points and five rebounds in the win. Derby was led by Dallas Metzger’s 19 points — on 3 of 4 from three — and Mason Anderson’s 13. Kaden Franklin had 10 rebounds and Brayden Smith four assists.

Moundridge 60, Hillsboro 49 — Moundridge’s Kreighton Kanitz scored 22 points and Bear Moddlemog had 15 in Moundridge’s win.

West Elk 59, Neodesha 30 — Martin Shipley and Uriah Tillapaugh each had 17 points for West Elk, and Maddex Moreno had 12. Tillapaugh also had 14 rebounds.

Wichita Classical 55, Belle Plaine 38 — Classical’s Sam Wilkey scored 18 and Daniel Young 16 in the win. Belle Plaine’s Caleb Ouellette had 14.

Wichita Heights 84, Wichita North 24 — TJ Williams scored 26 and Chase Robinson 16 in the win for Heights. Kamarion Bodney had seven rebounds, Amalachi Wilkins six rebounds, Chase Robinson five steals, Williams five assists.

Wichita Northwest 60, Wichita South 54 — Northwest was led by Jerome Henderson (18), Jayce Glasper (16) and Darrian Hammond (140).

Clearwater 53, Arkansas City 33 — Elizabeth Tjaden had 27 points in the win over Ark City. Teammates Allison Clevenger and Justine Berlin each had 10.

Conway Springs 55, Kingman 47 — Melissa Ebenkamp scored a team-high 18 points for Conway Springs, and teammates Haylee Osner had 14 points, Morgan Koester 10 rebounds. Kingman was led by Laney Wood’s 23 points and McDorman’s 10.

Garden Plain 54, Rose Hill 25 — Alayna Hoheisel led Garden Plain with 16 points and eight rebounds, and teammate Reese Stuhlsatz had 14 points, six rebounds and Ava Mies 11 points.

Goddard 45, Buhler 39

Haven 50, Sterling 30 — Avery Brawner and Sienna DeFrain each had 22 points. Abby Nisly had six rebounds and four assists.

Hesston 54, Nickerson 25

Hutchinson 56, Salina Central 36 — Grace Posch led all scorers with 18 for Hutch. Salina Central was led by Saniya Triplett’s 13 points and Kendyl Gary’s 12.

Hutchinson Central Christian 38, Canton-Galva 29

Independent 49, Wichita Homeschool 17 — Zoey Buckner-Franklin had 13 points in the win for Independent.

Little River 76, Elyria Christian 15 — Arika Feldman scored 20 points for Little River and Alaina Eck had 18 in the win.

McPherson 56, Derby 53 — After Derby’s Makayla Askew converted a three-point play and hit a three-pointer to get the Panthers within 54-51 with 14.4 seconds to go, Carsen Carpenter scored on a basket inside to get within one. But McPherson’s Karter Alvord hit two free throws for the win. Alvord had a team-high 22 points, Reanna Eilrich had 12 and Madi Moors 11, and Jayla McLeod had eight rebounds. Askew led Derby with game-high 25 points and 11 rebounds, and Destiny Smith had 11 points.

Mulvane 46, Labette County 44 — Kayton O’Brien hit a three-pointer at the buzzer for Mulvane.

Rock Creek 44, Abilene 26

Salina South 57, Junction City 21 — Paityn Fritz scored a game-high 17 points for Salina South and Brooklyn Jordan had 11.

SE-Saline 46, Smoky Valley 30

Valley Center 34, Liberal 33

Wichita Classical 41, Belle Plaine 28 — Flannery Black scored 17 to lead Classical.

Wichita South 67, Wichita Northwest 41 — Ramiyah Kennedy led South with 20 points and Zion Butler had 16. Aaliyah Richard scored 17 to lead Northwest.
