Clarice Nichols from Heights has been a four-year letter winner on the track and field team.

Nichols also participated in cross country, as well as wrestling in the girls first season this year.

Her 2019 track season was a very decorated one, as she took fifth in the 4×100 relay, eighth in the 100-meter and ninth in the 200-meter. Those numbers were likely to improve this year.

Back in January, Nichols signed to run track at Emporia State University, where she plans on majoring in Secondary Education.
