Jacob Karsak was a three-sport athlete at Derby High School where he played football, basketball and tennis.

Karsak was a second team all-league and honorable mention all-state tight end for the Panther football team, which won their second consecutive title this past season.

On the basketball floor, Karsak was an honorable mention all-league performer this past year.

Outside of sports, Karsak made the KBCA All-Academic team this year and was also voted the FCA Male Athlete of the Year.

Next year, Karsak will be attending Southwestern Oklahoma State to play football.
